Several classes for parents/students are held throughout the year and focus on specific topics. Scheduled classes for 2017 include the following: 
September 28, 2017 6:30pm - 8:00pm   Paying for College: Scholarship Savvy
Explore scholarships and financial aid. Learn how to identify scholarships that will benefit your student. Counselors will explain how to locate, isolate and fill out applications as well as provide tips on creating successful scholarship and financial aid applications. Please do not register if you cannot attend. Group size is limited.
 
INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS:
Parents and students will meet with a certified high school guidance counselor to discuss a four year plan.  The individual consultation will include an interest inventory and guideline for current state and national requirements. Information on standardized test scores, scholarships, opportunities within the school and community setting, and many other important aspects of planning your high school experience will be discussed. 
For Juniors and Seniors, parents and students can work with the guidance counselor to review paperwork, scholarships, applications and other college requirements in an effort to maximize college admissions opportunities.
