Pioneer Kids is anticipated to open in late 2021/early 2022 and is currently accepting inquiries from parents.

Philosophy of Education

Pioneer Kids is built on the belief that children learn through real life experiences, constructing and problem solving. In addition to an exemplary preschool curriculum, Pioneer Kids will utilize agriculture to create authentic learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. Agriculture is defined as the science or practice of farming, including cultivation of the soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products.

Hours of Operation/Cost

Pioneer Kids will operate from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday with full day and half day options available. If you live in Florida and your child is four years old he/she is eligible for Florida's Free VPK Program. Pioneer Kids anticipates approval to accept VPK for the 2021-2022 school year; however the facility and grounds are currently being upgraded to create this unique learning opportunity therefore information on progress will be shared regularly with interested families.

Unique Program Features

Children participating in this program will interact and care for a variety of animals each month including, but not limited to chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, small horses, dogs and cats. Various gardening activities and a natural playground using the surrounding landscape, will enhance the program experience as well.
