Tina McSoley, M.Ed. and Tom McSoley, M.Ed.
Tina and Tom McSoley met in high school and worked at a shelter for abused children throughout college. They married after completing Masters Degrees in Education at Florida State University. They moved to Martin County to begin their teaching careers with Tina specializing in Elementary Education and Tom focusing on High School Education and Guidance. Both served as adjunct professors at FAU. Tina was named Martin County Teacher of the Year and served on the Martin County School Board for four years. Together, they have seven children, three dogs, three cats, two guinea pigs and random foster animals. They have owned and operated All About Achieving Learning Centers for thirteen years, providing unique learning opportunities for children and families. Pioneer Kids is a natural extension of creative education programs provided by All About Achieving Learning Centers. They are excited to serve children and families through this innovative early childhood education model.
Pioneer Kids Director - Julia Garcia, M.Ed.
Julia Garcia grew up in Martin County. Her life has centered around children in a variety of ways. In her teen years she served as a camp and after school counselor for the YMCA and after college, she taught Head Start in Philadelphia. She moved on to become a first then third grade teacher before returning to Martin County to teach kindergarten. While here, she partnered with other exceptional educators to develop Port Salerno Talks Early Language Initiative recognized as a Bright Spot in Hispanic Education by the White House. Julia has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Walden University. Julia lives here with her husband, three daughters, a dog and a cat and enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and playing board games. She is excited to develop adventures in academics and agriculture with Pioneer Kids.
