Summer 2020 Camps, Classes and Programs

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATES

Summer camps, classes and programs are OPEN for registration. As we monitor changes in the guidelines provided by local, state and national officials, as well as the CDC, we are moving forward with all Summer Program
Registration. We will offer refunds for cancellations resulting from COVID-19 public policies and maximum refunds, less 4% processing fees, for other cancellations. We are putting numerous safety measures in place so that students will remain in small groups without mixing with others during the camp day. Our camps will follow the 9:1 recommended CDC ratio. We will not be allowing any parents in the building and have created guidelines for drop off, pick up and keeping campers separated within our 8400 square foot facility. We have several entrances to help with this. A complete list of Summer Guidelines will be sent to each registered family in late May. We will continue to monitor this virus and recommendations from officials. Please reach out via phone at 772-341-1400 or email at allaboutachieving@yahoo.com if you have questions. Be safe and well!
All About Achieving Learning Centers Summer Camps are taught by certified teachers utilizing the most recent, research based science, technology, engineering, arts and math programming. Both half day and full day options exist, with full day campers switching camp topics at noon. Half day options are available from 9:00am-12:00pm or 12:30pm-3:30pm. Full day options are 9:00am-3:30pm. VPK/K times differ slightly. Early drop off 8:30am and late pick up 5:15pm are available for on site camps at a rate of $5/day. Contact the office after you register to place your child on the Extended Day list.

Campers are divided by grade groups and complete activities centered around various S.T.E.A.M. Camp Themes. Campers are highly engaged and groups are limited due to the content of the program. All programs are run with fidelity and provide unique, innovative experiences. Camps include Minecraft Education, Stop Motion Movie Making, Farm to Table, Robotics/Coding, Virtual Reality, DNA to Dissection, Environmental Science, Cake Decorating and more. We are also On Location at Justin' Time Stables and RUSH Trampoline Park.

Cake Decorating and additional RUSH Camp dates may be added to the schedule in the coming weeks.

Three Friday Full Day Art Camps are being offered and space is limited to 10 students per session.

AAALC provides on site camps to children entering PreK-8th grade with a teacher/child ratio of between 12:1 and 16:1 depending on the target age group. All camps are staffed by certified teachers or a subject area specialist, such as a cake decorator. AAALC also has additional support staff on site. AAALC requires at least one camp staff member be CPR certified and adheres closely the special allergy needs or dietary restrictions campers may have. All staff have completed Level II Background Checks and are experts in their field. Camps are typically full by mid April with many at capacity prior to that.
