~~ROBOTICS (CLOSED-CAMP IS FULL)
Ages 8-12
Robotics build science, technology, engineering and math skills and provides students with real world experiences, allowing them to critically think about problems and solutions while developing programming skills and team building. AAALC robotics programs begin as young as kindergarten and encourage students to continue through high school and beyond.
Intermediate Robotics is for students who are beginning to learn robotics and programming language. Students build and design a more complex robot, learning advanced designing and programming techniques.
Advanced Robotics is for students who have some robotics training, former FLL competitors and students with considerable Mindstorm experience. The students develop a task or tasks, then design a robot from the ground up to accomplish the objective. This program will foster future interest in First Lego League. http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/fll/
