Pioneer Days: Vet Cadet (Entering Grades K - 6th)
The Vet Cadet Camp has been developed for children who are interested in veterinary medicine, animal care and husbandry or just plain love animals and science! Campers will learn through hands-on experiences with both live animals and/or model as they use stethoscopes to listen to the heart and lungs, diagnose and treat injuries or illness, give injections, read medicine labels and more. Campers will receive their own Vet Scrub Shirt and create book of photos and research, as they work with different farm animals each day. Note: Please consider registration carefully if your child has serious allergies to animals, insects or other things that may prevent them from enjoying this experience.
Pioneer Days: All Sports Camp (Entering Grades 1st - 6th)
This camp will allow your child to try many different and unique sports including Soccer, Football, Kickball, Dodgeball and more! Campers will be grouped by grade level and complete fun athletic challenges, learning a variety of skills which will provide them with experiences to determine physical activities they most enjoy.
Pioneer Days: Farm to Table (Entering Grades 3rd - 8th)
This delicious trip into healthy habits, gardening, cooking and more will teach campers how to eat from farm to table! This is a fun, interactive camp that engages children from start to finish. Campers will learn various gardening techniques and will prepare healthy lunches daily from fresh produce, making various foods from scratch! Note: Campers will be exposed to many kinds of foods and food prep. Please do not register for this camp if your child has food allergies that will be dangerous to participation.
