This year's challenge is City Shaper. Within this program\, young builders will learn about their own hometown and the science behind various types of structures as they build\, play\, imagine and create. \n\nWhat is yoga for children?  There are more components than postures and flow in the practice of yoga.  In fact\, for children\, the focus is on mindfulness\, movement and breath-work\, equally.  Each class will be filled with all of these elements presented in a fun\, theme-based collaborative.  These skills prepare children to deal with life's many twists and turns.  They will be given tools and strategies throughout our practice to take with them through life.\n\nThis is a drop off program.
