DESCRIPTION:July 21 - 25\n\nWorld Explorers! (Entering Grades PreK â 4th) (CLOSED)\nCampers travel the world as they explore the far reaches of unfamiliar lands! They will experience the sites through Virtual Reality experiences\, learn about the art and music of the culture and enjoy some incredible scientific experiments related to each area. How does the Leaning Tower of Pisa stay up? By the end of the week their passport will be full of stamps illustrating their journey and youâll be planning your next vacation to their favorite spot!\n\nSuperhero Science (Entering Grades PreK - 6th) ( Closed)\nHave you ever wanted to be a superhero? Conjure a magic potion\, freeze a block of ice\, whip up a super storm and study super strength! Ride air currents with Wonder Woman and uncover the secrets of the ocean with Aquaman! Create cool gizmos and gadgets with Batman or discover how fast things can move with Flash. Uncover the science behind the powers of Superman\, Spiderman\, Iron Man and more as great science defeats evil villains!Â Â Â Â Â Â Â \n\nRobotics/Coding (Entering Grades 1st - 8th) (CLOSED)\nRobotics and coding are becoming critical parts of the lives of today's youth. Youth are being prepared for jobs that don't yet exist and need to be able to think\, create and inspire! Robotics builds science\, technology\, engineering and math skills\, providing students with real world experiences. Campers will practice thinking critically about problems and solutions while developing programming skills and team building. AAALC robotics programs begin as young as kindergarten and encourage students to continue through high school and beyond.\n\nMinecraft Education: Hero v Villain (Entering Grades 1st - 8th) CLOSED\nCampers will take a trip that carries them through various settings where they will play the hero or the villain in worlds created and saved (or destroyed) by them! It will be a battle of epic proportions!\n\nYoung Animators (Entering Grades 3rd-8th) (CLOSED)\nIn this camp students will learn about their favorite elements of the cartoon world â movies\, parts of the story\, songs and characters â and bring them to life through drawing! Students will work at their own pace to follow instructions to develop art skills as they learn to draw characters like Disney\, Looney Tunes\, PokÃ©mon\, Pixar and more.
