Participants will join AAALC in a virtual trip to Washington, DC in honor of President's Day. Students will complete challenges only found in this historic city as they explore, create and collaborate within the wonderful world of Minecraft. From there they will fly through this fabulous city via virtual reality experiences and engineer famous landmarks with LEGO Robotics, coding movable parts when applicable. Can they build a plane with a working propeller from the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum? Do they know why the Washington Monument is two different colors? They will after this evening event.
